Compression Socks Product Review
As we head into fall, now is the perfect time to try out a pair of compression socks with your cute fall boots. As you get further along in pregnancy, most women experience edema (or swelling) in parts of their body. You should chat with your doctor about it, but if this is normal swelling there are things you can do to help reduce it. The best thing for the swelling in my legs during pregnancy was wearing compression socks. Check out this full Compression Sock Review and see why you should get some as well!

As you belly starts to get bigger, it will increase the pressure on your body. This causes your veins to get bigger and your circulation will become less efficient. Wearing compression socks will help put pressure on your legs and improve circulation. Compression socks also help with leg cramps, preventing the spread of varicose veins, and helping with other leg pains.
I purchased a three pack of compression socks by Laite Hebe on Amazon. They come in so many different colors and prints depending on your preferences. The Pack I purchased was black, white, and grey along with a second pack of all black. I ended up wearing these socks every single day starting around 6 months. My legs were so swollen, and had some major cankles going on. These were the only thing that made my legs feel better.
I love any product that can serve multiple purposes. These compression socks are not only great for pregnancy; they can also be used on a long plane flight, for people that work a desk job or those who have to be on their feet for long periods of time, or if you just need a thin pair of socks to go on under your boots.
The socks are split into two sizes: S/M and L/XL. There is a size chart where you can compare you shoe size and calf size so you can determine which sock size will be best for you. I tried a few different brands and this was my favorite, especially for the price. They are very lightweight so you can comfortably wear them during summer. They also have a very well defined heel, so the sock stays in place throughout the day. The top has a good elastic band to keep them up, without being uncomfortably tight or leaving marks on your legs.
Downsides
There were two small downsides to these socks. The first is that the ribbing is clearly visible. When you put them on, they stretch out just enough so you can see the lines going vertically down your legs. It doesn’t matter if you wear them under a pair of pants or have boots on over them, but it wouldn’t look great with something that showed your leg. The second downside is that by the end of the day they stretch out a decent amount. They are amazing for about 8 hours, but by the time I go to bed, they weren’t very tight around my legs.
Overall
These are great compression socks, especially for such a low price. I purchased two packs so I had a pair to wear every day. I would recommend these to every single pregnant mom, they work wonders on reducing and/or preventing swelling.
