Hannah Bowers is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and mom who is passionate about supporting women from preconception and infertility through postpartum. Her journey into wellness began with a diagnosis of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome just after high school. Since then, she has become a huge advocate for evidence-based practice, nutrient-dense diets, and non-toxic living at every stage of the motherhood journey. Hannah will graduate with a BS in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Population Health in December of 2020. She resides just outside of Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and son.
