As new moms, you have a lot going on! Your whole world has just changed, and the last thing you should have to worry about is the huge hormonal overload after birth. Most of you have probably heard of the Baby Blues and/or postpartum depression. This post is intended to help differentiate the two so hopefully you can tell the difference.
