Lacey Forsyth is a Mom of 2 and a Registered Physical Therapist with a passion for empowering women through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Her interest in pregnancy and postpartum physical therapy started when I was pregnant with my second child. I was very curious about how women dealt with the physical, emotional and psychological changes in pregnancy. After working for a number of years in various areas of public and private practice, I realized there was significant gap in clinical care for pregnant and postpartum women which inspired me to open Bump Physio & Co in 2018, a pelvic health clinic that focuses on pregnancy and postpartum care.

As a pelvic floor physio, I help Mamas recover from conditions such as: bladder leakage, painful sex, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, C section recovery, menopause, pelvic pain, pubic symphysis pain, pelvic girdle pain, round ligament pain, bowel conditions, post surgical rehabilitation and various other pelvic health conditions.
